Returns & Exchanges
Funmart guarantees to return if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. And you can apply for return& refund online within 15 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned items are saleable.


1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account.Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2.Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. The return application will be processed within 48 hours.

4. For Non-Click-to-Ship return, please upload return tracking number and shipping company within 15 days in "Audited" application for returning item; Otherwise the application will be closed.

5. The refund will be processed to your original payment account during 3 working days after parcel received; You will be informed by Email.

Return Conditions guarantees to refound purchased items(except Underwear,Swimwear,Leggings and Beauty) only if you return them in a saleable condition with 30 days after receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours.

Return Note

1.These categories cannot be returned: Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty.

2.The refund is only for returned item based on the online "Audited" application.

3.Please keep the returned item unused with original packing includes Item ID, or the refund may be delayed.

4.You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself; Please choose economical shipping method.

5. We do not accept package returned using Freight Collect.

6. Return Note For Electronic Items. If there is item quality issue, please come to relevant repair agency for testing first then apply for return&refund, upload effective pictures. We will deal with the return&refund application timely.

Rufund Policy

We usually process it in 3 days after we get the returned items and transfer the money to your original account in the first time, but the refund time depends on the payment method and individual's bank process:

· Paid by Credit Card: in 8-15 working days;
· Paid by Paypal: in 3-7 working days;
· Paid by Cash (COD): you can provide us your Paypal account, which is the only way for COD order balance transfer. It also needs 3-7 working days.
